Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work at cschart.

1. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, on a recurring basis (monthly, or every three months for the quarterly plan). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from the customer portal (open the account menu and select “Manage subscription”). When you cancel, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

3. Refunds

Because access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, we do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable law. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented use of the Service, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.

4. EU right of withdrawal

The Service is digital content supplied immediately upon subscription. By subscribing and starting to use the paid features, you acknowledge that you may lose the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under EU consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Free plan

The Free plan involves no payment and can be used without a subscription.
