Terms of Service

cschart is an analytics platform providing charts, technical indicators, price tracking, watchlists, portfolio tracking and alerts for Counter-Strike 2 skins. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment or trading advice.

cschart is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, Skinport, CSFloat, or any marketplace. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis (monthly or every three months, depending on the plan you choose). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the customer portal (Manage subscription). Upon cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude applicable taxes. We may change prices for future billing periods with prior notice.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to scrape, resell or redistribute our data; circumventing access controls or rate limits; reverse engineering the Service; or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Prices and statistics are derived from third-party market data and from our own computed history. They are provided “as is”, may be delayed or inaccurate, and may differ from any given marketplace. You are solely responsible for verifying prices on the relevant marketplace before any transaction. We do not guarantee any outcome or return.

The Service, including its design, software, indices and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal use, subject to these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be notified by updating the date above or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
